29-year old shooting guard Thabo Sefolosha might get more P.T. for the Thunder in 2013-14, as he doesn’t have James Harden or Kevin Martin behind him any more. Sefolosha played in 81 games (all starts) for the Thunder last year and he averaged 27.5 minutes, 7.6 points, 3.9 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.3 steals per game. He has now played in 490 games (346 starts) in his first seven years in the NBA and he is averaging 23.1 minutes, 5.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.0 steal per game. Sefolosha’s game is built around defense and effort, but I think he could average around 10.0 points per game in 2013-14, as the Thunder will need him to shoot a little more this year. 21-year old Jeremy Lamb will get the first shot to back up Sefolosha in 2013-14 and he has to pick up his game. Lamb played in 23 games (0 starts) for the Thunder as a rookie last year and he averaged 12.3 minutes, 3.3 points, 1.0 rebound and 0.7 assists per game. He only shot 35% from the floor and 30% from the three point line last year and he must improve those numbers big time in 2013-14.
